General 

• The guided tour of the Novanoïs buildings costs 50€, VAT included. If an event or variphone ear impression is booked, this amount will be deducted in full from the total cost

VAT

• Anyone renting the studios as an individual or as a non-profit organisation is exempt from VAT on room hire (not on equipment)

• He or she is required to sign and deliver a certificate to Novanoïs  

• Professionals pay VAT (21%) on room hire and equipment 

Booking conditions

• Reservations can be made 7/7 days and 24/24 hours. The reservation is only finalised once payment is made online (a matter of seconds). Your reservation will be confirmed by e-mail

• The first time you make a reservation, you must reply to an email you receive from our service provider (Sokati). Check your spam filter if you have not received an email

• In case of cancellation, the amount paid will not be refunded
