To make your event run optimally, a guided tour is provided before your final booking. Muriel will show you around Novanois for 1 hour and discuss all the possibilities with you. This will cost 50€, deductible at the time of booking.

Opening hours

• Sunday to Thursday from 09:00 to 23:00 

• Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 

• Reservations from 2h minimum except between 17:00 and 20:00 possibility of reservations by the hour 

• Reservations outside opening hours (before 9:00 and after 23:00) or on closing days are sometimes possible subject to a 100% surcharge.

Specific conditions music material

• The music equipment that is rented is available at the reception on arrival. 

• After the rehearsal, the music equipment must be returned to the reception in the same condition

Specific conditions payment

• Booking only online. The first time you make a reservation, you must reply to an e-mail you receive from our service provider (Sokati). 

• Check your spam filter if you have not received an e-mail. 

• Confirmation of reservation only after receipt of payment. Your reservation will then automatically be confirmed by e-mail. 

• If you rent the studio as a private person or as a non-profit organisation, you are exempt from VAT on the rental of the space (not on the equipment). 

• If you are exempt from VAT, you must provide Novanoïs with a one-off certificate by mail. 

• Cancelation

No refund in case of cancellation.

Specific conditions drink, food and smoking

• Own refillable water bottle is allowed but other drinks must be ordered at the bar 

• Snacks not allowed unless exceptional permission 

• Express prohibition of eating or smoking  in the studios
