To make your event run optimally, a guided tour is provided before your final booking. Muriel will show you around Novanois for 1 hour and discuss all the possibilities with you. This will cost 50€, deductible at the time of booking.

Reservation
Booking only online. The first time you make a reservation, you must reply to an e-mail received from our service provider (Sokati).
Check your spam filter if you have not received an e-mail.
Confirmation of reservation only after receipt of payment.
Your reservation will then be automatically confirmed by e-mail.
Facturatie
Hours after midnight must already be determined on the online reservation and must be respected
An invoice is drawn up per receipt of deposit and per final invoice
All payments for the rent are made via the reservation system
In case of VAT exemption, a one-off certificate must be sent by e-mail to Novanoïs.
Cancelation
In case of cancellation, amounts already deposited will not be refunded
Not included in lump sum
SABAM rights as a function of floor space and entrance fees. Settlement with SABAM by the organiser himself

End of Event and Clean-up
Is the time when the venue is completely cleared and wipe-clean
Don't forget to remove all your own decorations and party gadgets
All kitchen utensils should be neatly cleaned and dried and returned to their original place
Own empties will be taken the evening itself
All waste should be carefully sorted (glass, paper, plastic and organic waste) and deposited in an agreed place in the garage
Mandatory purchase of regulation rubbish bags is 5€ each
Final bill
Settlement of drinks or corkage fees to be made by bank transfer at the end of the evening, or by bank transfer for companies
The final bill will be issued after the event (see end time)
The balance is deposited via bank transfer
Invoice or credit note follows by e-mail

You are free to choose your own caterer or to handle the service yourself.
We warmly recommend BelgoBon as a trusted partner offering excellent catering services.
The kitchen, located behind the bar area, can be used only for reception and preparation purposes (reheating, plating, serving, etc.).
It is not suitable for personal cooking or meal preparation on site.
Only caterer deliveries or ready-to-serve self-prepared buffets are permitted.
The bar refrigerators will be emptied in advance, making them fully available for your use or your caterer’s.
